Founding Member Agreement

A Founding Member is an individual who partnered with TheBizKit™ prior to the service being available. These individuals have paid the one-time fee of $499 USD in full. Some of these individuals have referred others and have received commissions for these referrals (these commissions have been paid in full).

Founding Members were offered the following list of unique privileges:

• 1 year of free access from Go-Live (*See Reference 1)
• The ability to earn free lifetime access to TheBizKit™ (*See Reference 2)
• Corporate Referrals (*See Reference 3)

*Reference 1 - Time Limited - Free Access

No monthly subscription will be charged for 12 months from the date of Go-Live. This date is to be announced and is tentatively scheduled for March 27th, 2023.  You will receive a notification via email 3 days prior expected payment. You will be expected to pay the monthly subscription required at this time. You will be directed to our Stripe partner system to arrange payment in order to maintain access and continue using TheBizKit™ services without disruption.

* Reference 2 - Free Lifetime Access to TheBizKit™

You must be an *active paid Subscriber AND have 10 active Elite Influencer referred to TheBizKit™ using your personal referral link before the Go-Live of Phase 2 (date to be announced). If these conditions are met & you have 10 active and paid Elite Influencer subscribers using your personal referral link, your monthly subscription fee is free (this does not apply to annual subscriptions).  This includes all future functionality and/or any price increases that are made. Note: If one of your 10 original referrals becomes inactive you may replace this with a new referral, however you must have 10 active at all times to continue receiving free access.

* Reference 3 - Corporate Referrals

All subscribers that subscribe to TheBizKit™ without a referral link (Coming directly to thebizkit.com) will be given to the Founding Members in a sequential & systemized way.  You will be given a unique and sequential ID to which the referral will be attached to. You will be notified via email when a Corporate Referral is awarded and you will also see the details of these referrals in your profile.  You must also be an *active paid subscriber to TheBizKit™ in order to receive Corporate Referrals.  Commissions will be awarded to you as per the "Affiliate Program" provided you are an *active and paid subscriber to TheBizKit™.
